Day 9 of 8 week program
Good day today, did chest at the gym this morning and was up 5lbs on most sets. Also did 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. I also started a food dairy on one of the on-line tracking systems, its pretty good so far and since its on-line I can enter it from anywhere, especially work.
