Good day today, did chest at the gym this morning and was up 5lbs on most sets. Also did 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. I also started a food dairy on one of the on-line tracking systems, its pretty good so far and since its on-line I can enter it from anywhere, especially work. Was a long holiday weekend, I managed to keep very active and do alot of cardio running and biking. The gym was closed for memorial day so I skipped wieghts today. Not so good on the diet though. It wasn’t too bad except the the pizza dinner with my kids tonight, will take a few days to burn that off.

Whew 5 days down. Did legs this morning, squats, deadlifts, legpress, and some abs. Then came home and did all the yardwork for the weekend. I ate a little bit more than normal but I think that was OK today considering all the work. No crap food though. 3 more days off is going to rough though, hopefully I won’t get bored since that makes me eat ore than anything else.

Ahh 4 days done. I did shoulders and triceps today and 20 mins on the bike after. Kept to the diet except for an extra protien bar. Now I just have to get through the long holiday weekend barbecues. Luckily I’m in the memorial day parade with my cub scouts so thats one day I wont have to worry about

So far so good, three days of workouts, three days sticking to diet. No wieghts today, just cardio and abs. not a big fan of cardio but hey it works!

Good back and Bi workout this morning, even managed to stick to diet for two days straight. Mixed in 20 mins on the back after the workout. So far so good.

Good chest workout this morning. Our gym just replaced all of the equipment so its a liitle like starting over
Was a long day today, had a Cub Scout pack meeting after work that was just crazy. At least it was the last one for this year, whew. Back and Bi’s tommorow, see ya then.

Been on this crazy integration project for 2 months and have been stress eating, you know its 11:00PM and your reading specifications and documents and a handfull of cookies gets you through it. Been keeping up with the workouts but the diet has been crap, so enough said. Some how I’ve kept the wieght in check, just bummed what it could have been without those cookies
Back to start and try try again!

I scrapped some of my old workout and added some new excercises, it amazing the soreness you can get by just tweaking your routine a little and hitting the muscle from another angle.
Well another holiday has come and gone and I have plenty of hard boiled eggs now since my kids colored a dozen of them. At least they won’t be wasted. Now if I could only stay away from their deadly jelly beans until they finish them off, that would be good.
Straight cardio and abs day tommorow, a little boring but my arms need the rest.

Did back and Bi’s today. What is it about doing Bi’s that makes it feel more like you accomplished somthing. Also did 25 Mins on the elliptical and stuck to the diet for a whole day…whoa!
Straight cardio tommorow and no wieghts, a little boring but will drop some of the fat. I think I’ll head off to bed now before I get hungry and eat some crap. See you all tommorow!
