Just a good day, did chest tricep and abs today and kept to diet. Overall a good day. Did’nt get a good night sleep last night but it did not seem to make a big difference.
On a big systems project at work, gotta keep the stress at bay so I dont start stress eating!!!

This new routine worked pretty well, it was the first day, so I need to get the timing down. It was a shit day at work, 8 hours of meetings but managed to get all my meals in despite it all. Tommorow is Back bis and calves plus some cardio. I might attempt some jump roping this week too and see if i like it.

Was a snow day today, about a foot of it. Could not get to gym so I did stationary bike and abs on the living room floor. Stuck to diet too. Kind of a boring day. Tommorow will be challenging doing Chest, Tris and Abs for the first time in one day. Im moving from a 5 day work out to a three day workout with cardio in between on alternate days, should be interesting.

I managed to stick to my diet and routine all week, yup thats seven days. Maybe this isn’t so bad afterall
Down to 194 lbs, not a major weight loss, but good nonetheless. Now lets see if I can do two weeks in a row, babysteps but hey its working.

Stuck to gym and diet so far, down @ 9 lbs since Jan1. Hopefully all fat. Today was chest: Bench Press, incline Dumbell press, Flat Fly and Cable Fly and some push ups and of course 30 mins of cardio. Not too many new people at the gym for new years thisyear, must be the economy.

Today was a rest day but I still did 30 mins of cardio on the bike. I’m down 4 pounds since Jan1, not bad considering I am using Creatine and hitting the weights 5 days a week too.
I just tried that spray on,"I cant beleive its not butter". it tastes really good and zero cals. If your sick of plain vegtables this is a good alternative.

Yup, been here before. But I have a feeling this will be a good year. Did Legs today. Leg press, leg extension, leg curl and calves. Also did 30 minutes on the bike. So far I have kep the diet in check for a whole two days. I also started using a new software package called Crosstrainer, so far it looks pretty good.

Ever have one of those days when you can for some reason you break that plateau that you have been stuck on forver! and it seems so easy, freaky. Well another milestone passed in the gym this morning but so so on the diet today.

I re did my workout schedule for this year and scheduled treadmill running the day after I did hardcore leg routine. Lesson learned ….bad idea, could hardly walk this afternoon, DUH.
