					<description>hey man was up its good to see a good before and after pic that look very diff and shows real improvements, but yeah i can relate i ask that my self often but  theres way to fix that for example on my chest day work  out at the end of my work out i try to do a push up and if i fall flat on my face and cant trun the wheel of my car i know i did good , take care keep up the good work</description>

Don't sweat it man, keep doing what you're doing and you'll get yours.  Shift your focus back onto yourself and the ladies will catch on....the more self respect and self confidence you have, the more your stock value will increase.  Keep up the good work!!</description>

Dont put their value above yours, and the time you can reverse that you will know. You have made fantastic gains! 					<description>I went through the same thing. I just felt lethargic and unmotivated.  I was so use to exhausting myself training for boxing and I miss it. 

I'm deciding whether to do it again though.  The muscle gains were good, cept I like feeling lean. Really lean.</description>
