Training today was on Chest, Triceps and 30 minutes of cardio. Been intaking a bit more pre-workout supplement then before but still less then the recommended dosage. Just a few days ago the company lost the contract and the feeling of not know what to do is not a fun thought. Kinna tired after the gym not sure if am still up for clubbing tonight. Been craving for korean bbq and sushi.
