It rained all day, it was cold and wet. After work, just want to be at home, have dinner and surf the net. No energy, no motivation at all. But decided to go anyway, ate a little rice with shrimp, and then took the pre-workout supplements. Arrived at the gym, it seem the gym is currently being updated with new equipments. Trained on back, and did cardio afterward. Surprisingly the gym was packed today. Tomorrow, am going to my friend luxury gym/spa, probably train on Chest, or Legs. Probably no cardio, or maybe doing cardio on the Elliptical, will see. Love going to his gym, but cannot afford the membership fee =p
Today, turned down a coworker who asked to workout together. In my opinion, working out together never work, it may work one week or two, then everyone starts having excuses.
