today, i was in a rush, and i need a quick energy boost, i decided to try out ShockTherapy (sample packet). i felt great, and finished off my cardio. tomorrow, i need to train on legs, i’ve been slacking. after the gym, i picked up a rotisserie chicken, and ate it with rice/ and vegetable soup. i want to eat the skin of the chicken, but i threw it away instead, no need to add more fat in the body.
maybe, later i’ll go to a korean market and pick up some fruits, like mango. am tired of looking at apples, and bananas and berries. i had durian fruit yesterday, the type of fruit that appeared on Fear Factor. lolz… i love that fruit. it’s considers as asian delicacy and it ain’t cheap.
