It’s raining and cold outside, it feels like Winter season then Fall season. These past few days, I haven’t been feeling too good, and I took two days off to recover. I must have caught a cold from the office, or due to the crazy weather change.
I’ve been using Controlled Labs products, Whiteflood tablet, Green Magnitude, and Purple Wrath and feel the endurance, and energy throughout the workout. However, I do not use the recommended dosages, but instead using only 1/2 of all.
