It rained hard, and my motivation to workout was none, but I dragged my lazy self to the gym, and did a 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Those 30 minutes seem like forever.  I ate healthy today, got California salad from Target, I only dip my folk in the dressing.  Actually, the combination of raisins and nuts gave the salad a taste without the need a lot of dressing.  For dinner, I make a salad, with turkey and eggs, it tasted delicious- NOT.

Tomorrow, I will train with weight.

Vacation was fun, did plenty of drinking and eating a lot of treats for five days.  The resort servered buffets style from morning, to lunch and to dinner.  My friends complained about the foods, but for myself, I just enjoyed them all.  After awhile of eating chickenbreast, veggies, and brownrice, I can’t be too picky.

While at the resort, I noticed most of the guests were fit, one guy at the age of 55 or more has a 6 packs abs, and I thought - Now that’s amazing.  Also saw a group of bodybuilder, and it seem everywhere they were, head-turn.  Genetic, my friends said, but I believe it was self-discipline to eat right, and workout consistently (but I didn’t said anything to my friends).
Returned to the gym yesterday, trying to get back in shape.  Still a long way to go, just have to keep at it.  Bought new clothes, slim fit, shooot…now I really really really need to get back in training…
Yesterday, and today, veggies, chicken and brown rice and fruits.
Fit is fun.
