The Body I Deserve (10 April 2009)
Friday, April 10th, 2009I’ve been eating healthy, limiting a lot of fat, sugar and consuming a lot of whole grains, fruits and veggies. But I do not see the result I wish to see, in fact I saw the opposite. It’s good that I caught this error before it get out of hand, and snowballing. I’ve been skipping cardio, eliminating cardio from my training program. OOPS! Today, I did 45 minutes on the treadmill–it was a start. Tomorrow is weight training. Sunday, I’ll return working out on the Elliptical machine. I am also planning on cutting back on energy drink but continue to take multivitamins and fish oil. Back to basic.
