The Body I Deserve (30 March 2009)
Chicken, Rice and Veggies, Yumm……Not! Tonight, I’ll have a salad, with some chicken before heading to bed. For breakfast, I’ll have lean turkey sausage, and toasted whole bread, maybe one whole eggs and two eggs white. Lunch will be a salad with fish fillet or grilled chicken. The menu is not so exciting, but oh well, hopefully like CT aka ChickeTuna said "boring foods for an exciting body". Tomorrow, I’ll be jogging on the treadmill with my headphone on. That’s the plan for tomorrow.
