The Body I Deserve (November 14 2008)
Yesterday, I was tired and decided to take off and calling it a rest day. While at home, I was on Youtube and decided to search for the steroid and bodybuilder. There is one clip about a guy who decided to use steroid and within months (maybe less then 2) his body changes completely. I was shocked and amazed, but it make me wonder if those that have a quick transformation changes in their physique are on some sort of steroid? Their diet and exercise program are the same as everyone else, but how come we don’t achieve the same QUICK result? I am talking about those that can go from OBESE, never exercise in their life to BodyBuilder type within one year or a few months.
I used to think the reason how they achieve that quick of a result is because of their diet and exercise are perfect? hmm…can anyone diet and exercise be perfect? Can anyone be perfect? Or, well, because they’re motivated, dedicated and work hard at the gym? That’s crap! I know people that are dedicated and train hard and discipline in their diet and yet still not be able to achieve that quick of a result.
I need to be proud of my accomplishment. I do look great and feel great about myself now then ever before. I will educated myself about nutritions and exercises. I will stop telling myself that I trained incorrectly or that my meals are not perfect…blah! I’ve been eating plain foods, and trained–that is perfect right there!
