The Body I Deserve (September 27 2008)

The good thing is I am more confidence with  my form when doing Squat, yet it still got the best out of me.  Forget cardio, just doing Squat alone, I can feel my heart-rate was shooting sky rocket and I was sweating furious.  Squat till you puke, I almost did that…blah, I took a break and walk around the gym, intake my water to calm myself down.  I feel today training was short, but the intensity was high.  I took a bit more break today to rest, and to calm my heart-rate down.  I did trained heavy on legs press =) I used the Hack Squat machine today =)

I can’t believe October is almost here.  I look at myself in the mirror and realize "nope, still not seeing any changes", but one of the trainer at the gym compliment the pump on my arms =) which kinna cool, come on, a trainer compliment on you and he didn’t get pay to do it =) can’t beat that.

Going to drink more water today and consume more fruits.  Been slacking on consuming fruits…an apple a day keep the doctor away!  a Hersey bar a day keep the doctor away! j/k

Keep pressing forward!  ;)
