The Body I Deserve (September 23 2008)

I feel fat today, because I put on a pair of pant and my waist is a bit tight.  I’ve been getting back on doing moderate cardio after weight-training, and that should probably tone me up a bit.  I am still finding a solution that work best for my body.  I’ve been eating healthy, and will continue throughout the whole week.  Yesterday, I had some steamed Tilapia, and it was delicious.  Thanks to my friend who happened to have a Costco card, and I’ve been going with her to get veggies and fish, much cheaper then purchasing them at a regular store.

I stuffed the fridge with healthy foods, steamed Tilapia, Eggs, Broccoli, Mixed Veggies, Whole Grain breads, steamed chicken breast, steamed green beans, and some cooked beefs :) so far those are my foods group to be healthy and get the body that I deserve :)
