The Body I Deserve (September 23 2008)
I feel fat today, because I put on a pair of pant and my waist is a bit tight. I’ve been getting back on doing moderate cardio after weight-training, and that should probably tone me up a bit. I am still finding a solution that work best for my body. I’ve been eating healthy, and will continue throughout the whole week. Yesterday, I had some steamed Tilapia, and it was delicious. Thanks to my friend who happened to have a Costco card, and I’ve been going with her to get veggies and fish, much cheaper then purchasing them at a regular store.
I stuffed the fridge with healthy foods, steamed Tilapia, Eggs, Broccoli, Mixed Veggies, Whole Grain breads, steamed chicken breast, steamed green beans, and some cooked beefs
so far those are my foods group to be healthy and get the body that I deserve
