On my way home from the gym, I thought of how silly I was all these times. I was frustrated of not seeing the result on my abs. I am eating lean, I am drinking plenty of water, I work my abs with weight, I did 15 minutes of cardio after each workout and I am currently taking Lipo6. But I am still able to grab a handful of fat junk on my belly, it’s gross, and I am afraid that by May of 08, abs won’t show. But, it came clear that I have to be patience with myself, by continue working out, eating lean, drink plenty of water, ABS has no choice but to show. Tomorrow I am going to stop being silly and frustrated why abs is not showing, but I will see having great abs is a goal that I’ve set for myself…I might not have great abs by May08, but I know I am one day closer to getting it. I might not have great chest, but I’m one day closer of getting it. I have to learn to understand that working out to have a great physique is only one positive aspects, the other positive aspect include; more Energy, and more Self-Confidence.
I guess because summer is approaching, abs is now become popular topic. I saw it on magazine stand, and tv commercial alot lately. I wish the commercial I saw today were truth, that by putting this electronic pad around your waist you can drop up-to 10lbs. I would sold for it, if I didn’t know there is no such thing as spot reduction.

I’ve been feeling better, feeling more rested each mornings, I think it’s because I’ve been getting a good quality of sleep, and probably all due to the Melatonin I’m currently taking. Today, I did 100lbs on Leg Pressed as warm-up (15x), then increased the weight to 140lbs on leg pressed (3x). Then I jumped over and do leg extension (3×12) on 30lbs and 15 lbs, damn it hurts. Then I did Leg curls, 3×12, 30lbs (I think), until I reached failure. Then stationary lunges 3×12, then Calves exercise, where you hold the dumbbell on one hand, then try to raise your calf, while standing on an object. Then i worked on Lat…blahh Exhausted! No cardio today.
I am going to copy ChickenTuna and start doing Taebo. I have 3dvds, bought it awhile back but I’ve only used it maybe less then 10 times. I know, why waste my money, since I have it, might as well use it. I also bought ABS lounge, I didn’t know anything about spot reduction, I was sold by their commercial Gonna use it to, I’m going to worn it out by using it, so that I can throw it away, because it’s taking space in my room. I’ve never worn out any workout piece of equipment before, let the AB Lounge be the 1st.
I have not seen any result on me body, been taking Lipo6, eating right, doing cardio…hopefully, by the end of the bottle I should see a more tone body. I think Fyre gives more energy then Lipo6. I might switch to Fyre once I finish with Lipo6.
My friend wedding is coming up in a week, I want to tone the body a bit more, there will be a lot of my old friends, and they’ve seen my progress pictures on the Facebook, I want to look the best on that day. Gonna suit up too

I decided to increase my dosage of WhiteFlood, instead of taking one scoop, I headed for two scoops. I was laughing inside my head because about 15 minutes I didn’t feel a thing, and I thought well, here is another product that everyone was yapping about that do nothing just like Animal Pump. Dang, 30 minutes later I started to feel a weird tinkling in my whole body, 35 minutes it took over me. No kidding, this product is STRONG! I bounced off the wall. I could think of nothing less then start working out to release powerful energy within me. Today, I worked on varieties of muscles group, ABS, Triceps/Biceps/Back and a 15 minutes on cardio. 3 hours later, I can still feel the energy in me, not sure how I am going to sleep tonight. I love the product. It could save me a lot of money, because the scoop is small, it would last quite awhile. By the way, it doesn’t taste as good as SP250, but who care. Definitely recommended to everyone but plz do one scoop first, don’t jump into two Don’t underestimate WhiteFlood OOH, I also tried Green Magnitude today, I think I"m going to return Purple Wraath for Green Magnitude.
Not sure of the reason, but folks at work, who workout in the same gym, started to report their progress to me? I was walking up a stair and the lady stopped me and told me she was bad this whole week, and I asked "Why?", she replied "I haven’t been in a gym for a week" lol. I told her, try to workout on Saturday. Then another gentlemen asked if I did my jogging already? lol, then he goes "I am going to do three miles today, I haven’t been jogging outside for a whole week". Okay. "My goal is to get back in shape by December, I am going to lose …" got that a lot from co-workers. It’s cool to listen to others goal and support them. Everyone needs motivation.
Ok, I still feel the energy in me…crap! lol…. I thought by writing these blog I could burn some energy off hehehe

As mentioned earlier, I am now cycling WhiteFlood and SP250 for a full effect of both supplements. I was suprised to see how small one scoop of WF as opposed to SP250. Was going to do two scoops, but I decided to go with one first, and about 15 minutes, I felt an immediate pump. WF doesn’t taste as yummy as SP250, but oh well. I think the pump last about 45 minutes, but I’m not too sure, I’ll try to time it again tomorrow.
Today workout composed of Legs curl, Legs pressed, Walking lundge, and abs with 15 minutes ran on the treadmill, I think I am going to switch over to the Elliptical, the Treadmill is getting boring I’ve been getting a lot of positive comments from my friends on thefacebook, that’s cool, some I’ve known since middle school
My friend jumped on me yesterday, thinking that he’s 165lbs, he can hold me down, I told him to get off me, because I can’t breathe, he wouldn’t and was laughing mumbling some crab, like "i’m stronger then you" crap…I used all my strength and push him over…hahaha who the sucker now! He was like "damn, you’re strong" …wow, that the first time someone said that to me. it feels good, make me just want to exercise daily, and get strongerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
ok, cool ! haha got to get back to work now.

Today is the initial day for the C3 challenge, a challenge that I believe could assist in transforming my body and mind. The whole time at the gym, I was pushing myself, and repeating to myself "You’re in the C3 challenge, got to push to the limit". What I am hopping to get out of this challenge is to look better and feel better, gain strength, increase in energy. I also, would like to exposed the best condition of my abs, by getting rid of the FAT junk that currently covering the top layer. I trained on weight for about 1 hour focused on Biceps, Back and Abs, decided no cardio today.
What I wasn’t proud of is the food I consumed during lunch, blah, picked a bad choice. I’ll be on track tomorrow. WOW. I wrestled my friend today, and I was able to knock him off, before I wasn’t able too. COOL, those weights must have helped
Looking forward for tomorrow training, and trying WhiteFlood and Purple Wraath.
