The Body I Deserve (April 29 2008) P2

double cardio earns a double posting ;)

I did another 30 minutes HITT on the treadmill, exhausted, burnt about 320 calories, but the guy next to me burnt 421 calories. How?  I asked him, if it is the program he is using, and he said he using Manual mode. Me too!  He said he’s using three different speeds 4/5, then 6 and 7.  Me Too!  I do mine incline 2.5 to 3, then 5.5/6.0/7.5 and last I rush out with an 8.  It seem like he still have a lot of energy afterward, while was out of breath.  What is the missing link here?   Also, by using a heart rate monitor I maxed out at 93%, and stay between 70-75% through out the workout.

My legs need to be train, they’re not listening to me, when I told them to move, they’re moving at a slow speed.

Mother’s day is coming, I thought of getting mom a gift…I want to buy her something nice, but while driving home today, I thought of what better gift then a gym membership.  It would definitely help her look better and feel better about herself.

    Hey bro don’t worry bout the guy next to you. Just look at what you were looking like when you started, thats all that counts. You have come a long way, and you will continue to succeed at it. Who knows, maybe the machine was not working just right. All that counts is if you worked your ass off or not…LOL Sounds like you did. Keep it up!

    Calories are estimated thru speed, duration, incline and your weight. But you shouldn’t worry about that.
