The Body I Deserve (April 25 2008)
For today, I decided to switch back to SuperPump for pre-workout instead of Whiteflood, I’ve been taking. SuperPump provides a great source of energy for me, and a lot of focus and veins popping. After free weight, I decided to hit the treadmill 30 minutes, I used to be afraid that I would lose all my muscles, but I’ve been talking and reviewing other profiles and seem cardio is a must.
I noticed there exits a lot of supplements out there, and they all promised great things, but I decided to stick to the basic stack (PreWorkout, Creatine, Multivitamin, Melatonin). I decided to remove BCAA and fat burner out of my supplement stack. I tried a bottle of Lipo and got nothing out of it, so no fat burner for me…for now. What the point of fat burner? If I keep doing cardio and eating right, the body has no choice but to be lean. I’m not going to chase time, and try to speed up the process by taking a bunch of supplement, because I know that i still have plenty years ahead to workout.
