The Body I Deserve (March 8 2008)
Saturday, March 8th, 2008While typing the title of my post, I realized that we have used one week of March already, and three more to go before April get here. May of 2008 would mark the one year I’ve been working out on my body, and so I want to see the different on my body compared to last year.
I’ve been off from the gym and from work for about one week, thanks to my friend, who gave me the flu. I wasn’t going to head back to the gym at all until I feel a bit better, but I figured I have to start doing something else it would make it more difficult the longer I wait. My plan was to do cardio today, and get rid of some of the fat I’ve been accumulated over this week from food/ wasn’t eating lean. But I ended up doing Tri/Chest/Abs and completed a 15 minutes cardio on the treadmill. I was heading for 30 minutes on the treadmill but I started to feel dizzy, and wasn’t able to breathe…blah!
Tomorrow, I’ll get back to my workout plan and do my best to return to my feeling well stage. My goal is to return to my fitness level by Monday of next week.
About two more weeks, I will be saying goodbye to this gym I’ve been at due to job training, the new place will be farther, but I hope they have a gym at the new facility. So that I can workout and head to work like I used to do now.
I want to tell all my friends that they’re looking great…I’ve been visiting their sites to check on their progress, but I haven’t post anything on them…You guys motivated me with your progress
