The Body I Deserve (March 26 2008)
…I’m feeling good.
I woke up at 3:30am this morning, and organized lunch and pack clothes, pay some little bills then headout to the gym at 5:30am. Decided to try 2 and 1/2 scoops of SP to assist and give a little energy. I did Chest/Tri/ and Abs and a 15 minutes cardio, where heart-rate stabilized at 70-79%, but I was able to bring it up to 85% for a short-time. Yay! I accepted a C3 challenge, it would last three months starting in the month of April. I’m excited/ challenge is fun, but a challenge is still a challenge, that mean I have To Plan, Be Consistant, Eat Right, then I can expect to see the result after the challenge. Else, I would be wasting my time. 3 months seem short, but I’m sure when I am in the challenge it going to be like "forever" hehehe
Photoshoot on May 1st. No time to waste.
