The Body I Deserve (March 24 2008)
Arrived at the gym a bit late; therefore, didn’t workout the way I planned it. I jumped on the treadmill and did 20 mintues cardio, heart-rate hit the 91% mark, then decreased to 80%-89%. Was exhausted after the cardio session, then I did a few abs workout…lol…it shouldn’t really count as abs workout, because it was more like a warm-up. I managed to get 1 hour for myself today before work and anything else. Yay me!
I ran out of peanut butter, now I’m eating plain multigrain bread and drinking the extreme strawberry whey (taste like Pepto-Bismo)…lol…but it’s all good…"I’m gonna suspense all my senses" like that song from Die Another Day! lol
Summer is comming, and I want to work on legs, to have a defined legs to look good in short. Ya!
