The Body I Deserve (March 21 2008)
I woke up at 6:30am, felt more rested then yesterday’s morning, but still need a little energy booster, there goes two Lipo6x came to help. Lunch was brown rice+turkey sausages+broccoli+corn+red pepper, and one cup of tea. Snacked on cottage cheese and pineapple and strawberry. Did remember to take protein with creatine twice today. Dinner was microwavable spinach with sausage/rice/some a bit of viet’s food/and soup.
Workout focused on chest, triceps, and abs, and a 20 minutes on cardio HITT with heart rate at 75%-91%. Workout lasted for 1:30 minutes. If feeling better tomorrow, then workout tomorrow, else, I’m going to rest rest rest. Been seeing my co-worker at the gym, and thought to myself he finally decided to get fit, and that’s good for him. Until, I saw him ate a Big Mac or Double Whoopers and a large size coke and I’m sure he got fries…I nearly fainted.
I look good in the new suit, been trying it on and staring in the mirror. If these mirror could talk, it probably tell me now annoying I am. lol. I’m in the choir, and we’re performing for Easter, can’t wait to show off the new me in suit of course
I’m going to spend a little luxury on myself and get new clothes, time to retired those big and large size clothes that no longer fit me
