The Body I Deserve (March 20 2008)
Lately, I’ve been thinking if I am over-trained, because I started to noticed I am getting tired and extremely sleepy by the next morning. What could be the cause of this? Is it because I haven’t been getting enough sleep? Is it because I haven’t been eating much? Is it because I’ve been stressing out at work? Increasing the supplement would help, but it would be a quick fix, I want a permanent solution.
My plan starting today is to get as much rest as possible, and -computer is to be shut-off around 9:00pm (I usually stayed up till 1:00am surfing the net) -continue to eat lean, but increase food intake, .ie. protein and a bit more brown rice and vegetable -continue to listen to my body for feedback My workout so far for this week… Tuesday, I took two scoops of SuperPump, and jumped on the Leg Pressed machine, then headed over the Leg curls machine, and Leg extensions machine, Dumbbells squat. I did light weight Leg pressed and Legs curls again today
I was sore, but it felts good. I have been neglecting training legs. I also just realized, I haven’t been taking creatine correctly, it stated to consume 1 heaps spoon twice daily, been only taking 1 DUH! No wonder haven’t seen any gain.
That is it for now… One last thing, I just received a certificate for completing a 300 miles run
yay, I started in the end of May 07..there were only four of us that got it throughout the company
