My days with Super Pump 250

6:00am,Freezing rain, Icy road, schools and companies were opened two hours delay, and yet I was on my way to the gym.  Two scoops of SP250, about 20 minutes later, I was pumped, a great deal of energy rush and intense focus.  Great workout today/ Feeling Stronger/ Feeling Fit/ and Looking Good.

Spring is around the corner, and I will look good.

syntax fyre

The month of March is around the corner, yet the weather is still freezing, wish it would be a bit warmer in Virginia.  I was tired this morning, so I decided to try the Syntax Fyre.  I took two pills from the sample pouch and within 15 minutes I started to feel a bit warmer around my abs and back, I also noticed I am more alert and more energy.  Within 45 minutes, I noticed I am starting to sweat, and I started to feel the heat spreading throughout my body, make me just want to take my sweater off.  The heat lasted about one hour then went away.  In term of suppressing hunger, I haven’t feel that yet, but it’s good, because I don’t need supplement to suppress my hunger.  I took the second doze around 5ish, and arrived at the gym around 5:30, I felt a great deal of energy, got on the treadmill and did a 25 minutes, and I felt less tired.  I got off the treadmill and start to felt the heat, my whole body was sweating like crazy, and I had to consume a whole bottle of water, my shirt was absorbed with sweat.  Kinna like this Fyre :)

Did a 25 minutes on cardio (treadmill) then cable side crunch for oblique, cable crunch for mid abs, lower abs machine, crunches with holding a 7lbs then moved to 10 lbs.
I am gathering and reading up information on Cycling Carb, and will start doing it soon.

HOURS OF POWER

4:30am/ 16 degree outside, all of my friends would probably still be in bed, my old self would probably still be in bed, but now I know better, I know that this is the time for me to get my HOURS OF POWER.  Now is the time that I give myself the NUMBER ONE PRIORITY over all things, to give myself the time and the attention before I give it to anyone, before I give it to the world.  Realizing all parts of my body are not replaceable; therefore, I must take care of it at the best of my ability. 

I am writing this note to remind myself, how much effort, time and sacrifice in order for me to get the BODY THAT I DESERVE.  This note would also act as a reminder for me to appreciate those that have a great physique on BB.com, because they’re dedicated, Strong in both PHYSICAL and MENTALLY, and they set example for me to follow.  I APPRECIATE ALL OF MY FRIENDS ON BB.COM.

Today, I am asking myself this question “How am I going to live today in order to create the tomorrow I am committed to?”  (Anthony Robbins)

-anti-aging foods are blueberries, sweet potatoes, broccoli and tomatoes

-eat about five servings of antioxidant-rich foods a day

-drink about four cups of green or white tea a day

-drink about one glass of red wine a day

-cinnamon can decrease blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol

-ginger can decrease blood pressure, alleviate arthritis pain and reduce your risk of cancer

-Paprika and cayenne pepper can help fight high blood pressure and improve circulation

-takes plenty of fiber—about 25 grams a day

I deserve

Isn’t it amazing how the body changes and adapts?  I was looking at all of mine previous pictures and compared them with the most recent picture and still am amazed, and awed.  These are gifts I’ve promised to give myself each day for the rest of the year of 2008:

-I am my number One priority

-I deserve to have my Hours Of Power each morning, where I can do cardio and/or weight training

-I deserve to choose food that give my body the nutrition, the energy and learn to say No to food that clogged the system
