The Body I Deserve (Feb 29 2008)
Have you ever workout while you’re angry? or better yet, have you ever workout while you’re angry and had SuperPump in you? I have. Today, I was angry with my current job, with these customers that I am supporting, with the things call "salary increased". I was in the stage of "I’m doing so much work, taken more responsibility and don’t get pay enough" while, I see people getting pay more, and do nothing. I picked up the phone and blasting out at my manager, now that I think about it, I was wrong, I feel bad. I went to the gym, took 1 and 1/2 scoops of SP. Today, was Legs, and I did 12-10-8-6 Leg Pressed with weight increased, I thought I couldn’t do it, but because the music was screaming in my headphone, hateful music (Lil John–What you gonna do) lol…I pulled it through. Also did Leg extension, Calf Raise. Then I did a bit of abs work, (cable side crunch),abs on a bench (not sure what to call it).
Eating…Subway/Tuna + Diet Coke + Two cookies (chocolate chips) for dinner. Protein bar for lunch. Tuna out of a bag for snack and Diet Coke. lol. I might as well make it a cheat day.

Been there!! Someone (really pretty) wouldn’t get off the shoulder press in between sets
I got in the best tricep workout in my life during those few minutes! Your progress looks amazing! What a transformation!
