The Body I Deserve (Feb 26 2008)

I performed with excellent today in my workout, by completing the workout as I planned.  I felt a great dealt of energy, great dealt of intense focus, great dealt of strength, good mood, and all for 1 scoop and 1/2 of SuperPump.  Now that I thought of it, the price for SuperPump wasn’t too bad.  I also noticed I must be doing the Dumbbell Row correctly, because I started to feel a burn on my sides.  For my biceps, I did Hercules curl on the cable machine.  For abs, I increased the weight and did cable crunches, and side cable crunches.

I felt good today, because two of my friends, who I used to think look good, asked me to provide them my workout plan, I guess I must be producing the result on my body, and they noticed…how cool is that.  I gave it to them, hopefully, they don’t waste my time by tossing it a side (I know, because some of my friends already did that), oh well, it’s their decision.  I truly believe CT (ChickenTuna) was right, that there really is no magical workout program, it works because you committed to it, and you do it regularly.  Consistency is truly the key.  I told my friends to drink plenty of water, eat lean whenever possible, commit to your workout and devote at least 30 minutes on yourself then you’ll see the result.  I wish my friends would understand that fitness is a life long commitment, it’s not something you do for a short term purpose.  I feel if they set unrealistic goal i.e losing weight as quick as possible, then when they don’t see the result, they end up quitting.

I can’t tell them what to do, all I can do is to work on my body, and produce result, and when they see the result they know it works. :)

Quang is one day closer to getting the Body That He Deserves.
