The Body I Deserve (Feb 23 2008)
Workout was good today, currently experiencing setback, but I figure exercise is a long term process not a short term so I’m not too concern or crying about it. Tomorrow, I am going be at the gym after church, train myself because I’ve been missing some quality gym time due to the beautiful snowy and icy weather at where I am.
After the workout, I looked in the mirror and realized I am beginning to lose muscles, my body is getting skinny and it’s not what I want. I want to look cut, ripped, not skinny. I will be in the bookstore today, and I am going to get that book written by Tosca Reno on eating lean.
I am currently waiting for an offer letter for a new job, with the new salary, I am going invest in myself–I’m going to have a trainer

Dude … pick up this book while you are out "High Intensity Training the Mark Mentzer Way." It is well written and makes wayyy too much sense. You can get it on Amazon too for pretty cheap.

Hey,
Carbs, protein, and fats, up them all and see what happens, your body might just need a spike
You might need to up your food and cut back on the cardio. That might help you out some
