The Body I Deserve (Feb 21 2008)
Workout
Today, I worked on Back/Biceps/Calves, and I threw in ABS. I took two scoops of SuperPump, and within 15 minutes I could feel the effect already. I thought because my stomach was full, therefore it would take a bit of time for me to feel the pump, but boy I was wrong. After 1 hour and 1/2, I still have energy, but because the weather doesn’t look promising I decided to leave the gym. Hercules curl was the BOMB, I could see my biceps working. Dumbbell row, I still have to work on that and the Cable Side Crunches (blah, I still don’t feel much from it).
Meal
Protein Shake with Oat mill and Strawberry
Chicken breast with Salad and Red wine Vinaigrette Almond dressing with Cottage Cheese
Rice and Peanut Butter (I know, but I love it)
PineApple
Peanut Butter and Bread
Tomatoes and Cottage Cheese
1 cup of coffee
1 cup of Tea (Anti-Aging) got to have it
Protein Drink

Pineapple looks kinda lonely w/out a protein source w/ it..so does rice and peanut butter:)

From the looks of what your eating and how your training.. I don’t think your Chowin’ down enough..
I think you might need to incorporate some more protein and carbies to make some of your meals more complete.. and besides the few fat grams in the chicken breast, and the fat in the peanut butter..i’m not really seein any other types of fats.. like almonds..flaxseed oil..olive oil. Those might help out too
