A note for myself on today workout Dec 08 2007

I did it. I completed the cardio program, level 3 as I’ve promised myself I would. I was able to maintain speed and duration on the treadmill for the period of 40 minutes. I was able to push myself in term of speed, able to bring my heart-rate closer to 95% of the max. I was exhausted, ran out of breath, legs were burning, heart was beating rapidly as the speed increased, but in the end it was all worth it and I am eager and looking forward to tomorrow workout. Level 3 still pose as a challenge to me, the program is original planned to be completed within 30 minutes.

After the high intensity cardio exercise, I gathered myself, and then I headed over to the free weight area. Today, I used light weight and focusing on working Chest, Triceps and Biceps muscles group, light weight would help me learn new forms, and until I’m comfortable then I’ll increase the weight as for now, this will do.

Overall, I was pleased with my performance today, and it was a good intense workout. Yes, my butt was in the gym at 4:30am, but I know the result will be awesome, and I know I am one step closer to getting the body that I deserve. The year is ending, and I’m going to end it with a bang.
