Today, I tried a brand new workout program, and I know the result will show up in my body in no time. Because the program is brand new, I have not yet learn all the techniques, but within a month or so, I should be able to perform with heavier weights then the one I am using now. Although, I am using lighter weight, but it is still giving me a hard time, must be because I haven’t use those muscles, but it would just take some time for my body to adjust to it.
My right leg has been giving me a bit of trouble, as the result, I decided to do a bit of leg pressed and leg curl at the end of all my workout. This basic workout should strengthen my right leg, which would allow me to have longer endurance and maintain a speed that I desire on the treadmill.
I feel extremely well today. I feel I have a lot of energy. I feel I have done a great job in keeping myself in shape.
And one more good new…I’m in the LEAN category.
