WEll, its been a LONG time, and I just wanted to inform you on my progress. I started realizing that theless wait, more reputition theory wasn’t doing a damb thing, so I have decided to strength train, and do less reps, with much greater weight… I have not really had the chance to see how well this works yet, because I have had a back enjury, which has made me stick to really light training… I am getting a little irritated.

Well I have to admit, the second time I measured, i was rather disapointed, because my stats had gone down, and I was having a hard time convincing myself that it was just fat loss…. However I have noticed being a lot slimer, and its starting to be more muscle… So tonight I measured and am seeing where I was losing fat and now I am gaining muscle… So from here on out it should be all muscle gains.

Well Everything is still going good… I’ve fully developed a six pack, and my biceps are really starting to look good. I am starting to take a lot more protien powder than usual, and thinking about taking other supplements oon.

Well, this is my seventh day, and I have seen some big improvements. I had my rest day yesterday, and lots of protein to rebuild, and I worked on everything a little for an hour, to make up… I just took an amino acid supplement tonight, so I’m not sure what will happen, but kind of exited to find out. Anyways, I’ll keep updated.

This is the fifth day of my training. Today I felt the greatest burn that I’ve ever felt in my life. My biceps were so inflamed, and it felt so good. Something I have realized is that even though I’m more sore everday, it becomes easier. I fell that the protien powder is a real big factor in success so far. I woke up and had a protein shake, and almost four bowls of grain cereal… Then later on I ate an apple, and went downstairs to workout… I worked for a total of an hour and twenty minutes. I think that it was the most successful time yet. I felt so good about myself, and so much confidence to keep moving forward than I ever have.. After my workout, I had another protien shake, and some more cereal and two apples. about an hour later, I had another protien shake, and a hamburger. Pretty exiting huh? well anyways, Along with some peanut butter, and a final meal that was hard to get down, including hotdogs, and eggs, I also took some vitamins. It was a very hard day, but I think it went great
