Ok, I plan on taking a few days 5-7 off. I have worked out continually for 8 weeks straight and know that muscles need rest to grow. So, what better time than xmas. Not too close to competition and not too far out either.

However, I don’t want to do nothing and I am not sure what kind of diet to follow. I am thinking of not counting calories and writing down EVERYTHING that does tend to get tedious. But I don’t want to go on a food beinge either.

I can’t just sit and do nothing so i am planning on working on my routine for fitness part. I think a little less brain work and focus and a LOT more playing and concentrating on the kids and family would be good for now. Because, I KNOW as time gets closer, I will be completely strict on myself.
