When your ready to give up, do legs til you puke!
Okay, so I didn’t actually puke…but, I was frustrated, I was ready to quit, then I went to my 20,000sq ft gym (which I had to share today) and beat the living sh*$ out of my legs.
Nothing is more powerful or rewarding as puting on 45s after 45s and banging out the reps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I won’t be able to walk tomorrow, but I haven’t givin up my goal!

Good girl, you never wanna give up. Usually if your hiting a sticking point it just means you need to change something up. This site is perfect for the help. Way to keep fighting, I wish you the best on your training.

I almost puked doing legs once. I figured my sugar was low so ever since that day I bring Gatorade with me and sip and I’ve never felt sick like that since
