Yes all, 1 mile above the sea and looking out at a "14er" Longs peak.  Once again I hit my FAVORITE gym 20,000sq ft but had to share with 10 people.  Beautiful colorado day blue sky, 58degrees and not a cloud in the sky.  Pumping iron, Jammin Metal, it just doesn’t get any better than this!!!

 ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE THE F’ING 2009 ENERGY

January 5, 2009

I have heard and seen soooooo many people being pumped up at the start of this year it is exhilarating!  I am just as caught up in it, Great support, new routine, new energy, same goal and I’m ready to give it all I’ve got!!!  BRING IT ON!

When your ready to give up, do legs til you puke!

December 23, 2008

Okay, so I didn’t actually puke…but, I was frustrated, I was ready to quit, then I went to my 20,000sq ft gym (which I had to share today) and beat the living sh*$ out of my legs.

Nothing is more powerful or rewarding as puting on 45s after 45s and banging out the reps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I won’t be able to walk tomorrow, but I haven’t givin up my goal!

20,000 sq ft.

December 17, 2008

How would you like to workout at a 20,000 sq ft gym and have it all to yourself?  Thats what i did yesterday!!!  I did cardio with a floor to ceiling view of the 14er mountain Longs peak.  If that isn’t enough inspiration….. I have any and every machine free weight to myself.  Talk about a kid in a candy store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucky me!

Time off

December 15, 2008

Ok, I plan on taking a few days 5-7 off.  I have worked out continually for 8 weeks straight and know that muscles need rest to grow. So, what better time than xmas.  Not too close to competition and not too far out either.

However, I don’t want to do nothing and I am not sure what kind of diet to follow.  I am thinking of not counting calories and writing down EVERYTHING that does tend to get tedious.  But I don’t want to go on a food beinge either.

I can’t just sit and do nothing so i am planning on working on my routine for fitness part. I think a little less brain work and focus and a LOT more playing and concentrating on the kids and family would be good for now.  Because, I KNOW as time gets closer, I will be completely strict on myself.

Coming along

December 11, 2008

It is exciting to see my body transform.  If i stay away from the hype and focus on my own training I know I will stay on track and succeed!  I am working on pics.  I need to find someone to take them for me, I have had to do yoga to do it myself. LOL
