And today I was over in Corvallis all day for an OSU Beavers’ Game.  I did a lot of standing up and sitting down due to the way the entire crowd stands for the entire game minus time-outs, but I don’t think it was enough to count it as a leg workout.

Today was non-stop paperwork and phone calls and e-mails and even at midnight I was not done.  The gym was out of the question.

Cardio: Walk/Jog
- Total time: 34 minutes
- Total distance: 2.25 miles
- 1st mile: 12:34
- Avg. mile: 15:04

The evenings are definitely colder.  I went after dark tonight just because of the way the evening’s routines timed out, and suffered for it.  Not badly, but I will begin to make a concerted effort to do outdoor cardio earlier in the day.

And can a single person make a "concerted" effort?  I may have misused that word.
