whats going on???
Tuesday, December 4th, 2007Ok,I’m 5′2, weigh about 100 pounds, and I look a mess. I dont seem to be gaining any muscle, I feel shit, tired all day long as well, and despite training my body looks awful, skinny arms, boney bits, yet a flabby tummy. I want a fitness model figure but I dunno what to do, I eat around 1800 calories a day, weight train 3 times a week, and do 3 cardio classes a week, sometimes I eat an extra yogurt if Im doing cardio.
heres my current diet :
8AM - muesli and milk with dried raisens
10AM - small flapjack
12PM- chicken sandwich, salad, cottage cheese, yogurt
3PM - chocolate bar or large yogurt
5PM - warm meal, often beans, chcicken and salad, when i do cardio i have crackers and cheese with salad, followed by yogurt and fruit
9PM - either small protein shake and milk, or a yogurt
i need nutrition and training advice please as im going stir crazy!
