Mcdonalds for breakfst?!
Okay so I have been totally indulging myself lately. Cheated pretty much all weekend and had Mcdonalds for breakfast this morning! What the hell! Awful. But I am totally re-motivated. I just need to go grocery shopping so I’m not tempted to cheat anymore. Just get into that cycle again…once I’m in that cycle, I’m golden. And also, there are tons of workouts on my TV that I never even knew about. I tried this Jillian Michaels one (omg I love her) and it kicked my ass, I couldnt even finish it. So I’m gonna make it my goal to finish that workout and just get into a cycle of eating clean again. It’s all good, I know I can do it, I’m still in this.
