Whatevs
I did cardio before breakfast today! So it can be done. Don’t think I will wake up at 6am to do it tomorrow though. Ate pretty well too.
Breakfast: apple & oatmeal
Lunch: tuna sandwich and yogurt
still have dinner to go and a snack.
It’s kind hard to keep so strict though. Before I was doing zero exercise and eating fast food at least twice a week. And right now, my body feels almost exactly the same. Granted, I’ve had a couple "off days" but overall I’ve still been dieting and working out. It just feels like I’m going nowhere gosh. I’m so damn impatient but I really feel I should be seeing a little something by now. I’m gonna push it until Thanksgiving, then I’m gonna treat myself. Hopefully I will have at least a tiny improvement by then so I won’t be tempted to pig out too bad, to keep my gains. I hate ranting in my blogs :/
