Ok the middle to later part of 2007 was an expirimental time for me with suppliments. I brought on board all new supplements that I thought would help me, which they did, when I used them correctly. My schedule is a bitch by nature, working retail on a schedule that includes both nights and weekends. Ths leads to supplements being taken in spotty patterns. Another problem was staying "in stock" with suppliments, many would run out and it would be weeks until I got more. This year will streamline supplement intake for maximum performance, they will be taken as directed (and regularly) and will stay 100% instock. This year will be a great one with new workout plans and nutrition coming soon!! I look forward to a great 2008. DWW.

Today gave me a better idea where I stand as far as bodyfat index. I used the machine at the gym to caculate this and currently I am at 18.9% which i think is high. According to one of the instructors at O’Brien’s I am below average according to my weight/height and age. I am not happy with this total. I can tell just by my body appearance this has gotten better from where I was one year ago, but much work is to be done. I would like to see this number drop to the ballpark of 12% or better. A bodyfat reading will be taken every 2 weeks (on my thursday off going into my weekend to work) to better track my progress.

Eating habits will continue to improve, will be ratcheting down on calorie intake and pop consumtion (drinking pop will be limited to 1 day or less a week until it tapers to not at all). The eating six to eight meals a day is a good idea, and I need to continue to do this. There will be continued updates ahead to track progress of BFI.
