Here I go again Thanks To ALL

Since I began about 1 and half years ago 40 lbs heavier than I am now… I have changed routines, nutrition etc… I find myself being a bit tubby at the moment, but its ok… I think I have gained a little bit of muscle and now I can start to look at increasing my cardio.. I have solicited advice from many on here and I appriciate ALL the feedback.. some I have used and some I have not.

I am much much happier were I am now then when I started, but I am not were I want to be.

I have been slowly gathering information, back to the triathlon goal..

I KNOW THIS GUY KEEPS CHANGING =) HEHEHEHE

ONWARD AND UPWARD…..

NOW, WERE ARE MY SHORT AND SWIMMING GOGGLES.

I am able to stay firm on my nutritional intake during the week… but when the weekend comes areound and my wife and daughter want to get pancakes (which I have found out is one of my weekness) I cant help but order 4 eggs, sausage and of all things PANCAKES…. HMMMMM

I am going to take other measures in order to avoid the PANCAKE PANDAMONIUM.. but I have also read up on carb blockers??? are they any good? do they help?? Anyone out there have tried them???

I am also thinking on getting back on a Thermogenic Like "HOt Rocks" ?? I think thats what its called… I tried Hydroxycut before and it didnt really work for me… anyone out there have some suggestions??

I DONT SEE IT

I dont see any positive change… wel my weight is up and so is my body fat…

I think I might have lapsed into a food lul… and have been slacking a bit too much?? I feel all FAT!!!! and I look it.. =(

well… I have cardio tonight so I hope I feel better afterwards.

We shall see….
