MY CHEST WORKOUT
Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008just wanted to get some feed back… if anyone wants to leave me some… my chest workout is as follow last night..
5X5
Warm up 105# inclined..
then 175 adding 10# at a time maxing at 205 then last rep is 175#
same on flat
same on decline
then I did or at least tried to do 4X15 with 135
decline, flat and incline… got to flat and ran out of gas….
It felt good tired… etc… next chest day I think I will do it again.. I took some pics afterward it felt and it seems that my muscles got a good work out…
thoughts from anyone?
