Thursday, March 20th, 2008Last night was my first night in about a week of not working out…
I have been doing some project’s in my backyard for my girls and I and also been sick =( ..
So, When I tried a 5X5 setup for chest.. I felt really FAT
JUST BLUBBERY =(…. I did get up to 206 but my BF is at 24% I want to get it back down but I am trying to gain MASS
I think I will start running in the AM.. to burn more calories….
I am soooo frustrated… I keep plugging away but see little results… I get a good workout when I do more reps and a little less weight…. maybe I should just stick with that….
well this morning I feel a little better….
