HEY HOW IS EVERYONE??
Friday, February 15th, 2008Well I am still here… plugging away its been a bit since I last left a blog. I know I have a hard time gaining any mass at all… But I am still trying different things, something is bound to break through…. at the moment I have cut my cardio down from 27 miles a week to 6…. 2 sessions of 3 miles in about 20 or 30 min. I hope that will help me increase and I am focusing more on the weights etc.. Time will tell I hope I can get the muscle I am looking for =) just another thing on the road to a HOTTER, BETTER, ME =) Keep TRUCK’N everyone else out there and youll reach your goals ALSO, LADIES AS MUCH AS GENTLEMEN…
