Help Allergic to Whey Protein……

I think I have asked this before but I am allergic to whey protein…. I havent tried Casein and been using eggs as a substitute for protein increase… anyone here have same issues and or suggestions on what else I can use for example for pre and post workout intake and last meals…..

WOW I NEVE NEW I COULD DO THIS

I ran my 5.5 and decided I would see how fast I could push myself… My typical time is about 42 or 39 minutes.. I was able to finish in 36:45 YEAHHH!!! although my knees were throbing for the rest of the night……. I think I can push it faster but I cool with keeping a 39 min. pace for now =)

once its my avg. then I think I will step it up, Its probably small victory for others but its a BIG one for  me =)

HAVE GOOD WORKOUTS PEEPS….

I am a Little bit down, but its my own fault

over the weekend I havent eaten right….. =( so come mon. scale session increase 1lb and 2% BF increase =( a little down but I had a great workout and  I know it was my own fault for increaseing my numbers =(…. its hard to come to grips that a little bit off track can show so quickly =(… ok have to drink more water…. Runnin tonight Rain or shine ( most likely in the rain)

I am back down roughly to the weight b4 the holidays… I hope that with  my new Routine I can increase some mass and lean out…. We shall see… So far so good =) I hope everyone has a good weekend!!

OMG! Warning Venting Sorta

I think my daughters shared there little stomach flue =(…… all last night since about my head has been throbing and my stomach just feels un easy…. no other symptoms other than I FEEL LIKE CRA@…………….. I did a 3 mile run b4 i got ill… and today is my weight day….. I really dont feel like lifting but this week is my first week back and I AM GOING TO LIFT Ill just make sure there is a puke bucket close to me in my aunts gym….. I hope I dont get everyone else sick =(…. man this sucks.

First workout back after a 3 week break.

Well I had a great workout =) Ran a 7:30 mile to warm up then did a rroutine that I felt was short… but according to the pete sisco thing its the beginning…… 1 set of 20 per muscle for workout "A" (there is a workout b that focuses on another set of body parts) and partial reps mind you…

I am not a weight lifting god so I followed as best as I could…. I had to do a second set and increase weight good thing, Right? well I give this routine 12 weeks and If I dont see much of any progress I will revert back to my 4 set of 10 per group that I was doing before =) ohh and I finished off with 14 min 2 mile run =) hmmmmmmmmmm

Well the gears have been grinding and through out the holidays I have been contimplating what to do…. I will be wipeing out my bb site info and starting fresh… using last years gains as my base and placeing new goals for the next 4 months and tracking it as such. I can not express how much everyones opininon weather soft or harsh at times have helped me in some way, this is not a destination but a life long journey that will con’t to change and I want to be put simply a better man. So LETS GET GOING AND I HOPE EVERYONE ACHIVES THERE OWN GOAL =)
