MAYBE IM CRACKING…..

I know I have been told by a few on here that the gains I am looking to obtain will be done in a fasion that I will have to Cut, then Bulk or Bulk then cut…. but for some reason I dont really like the idea of just doing one or the other… I DONT KNOW WHY I want to be able to do both. Does that make me CRAZY? I guess i try to do things in a balance… and it has taken me a year to drop the weight to get were i am at and the thought of bluking up bring some fear that I wont be able or motivated to dropp it afterward =(…..

add to that I think i am a slow muscle gainer and it seems that my body is built more for running…

I guess as usual its now just turning to venting.. =(….

ok enough from me.

anyone feel like this or have more pearls of wisdom I always love to hear it.

After some of my cardio session I have adistinct Ammonia oder in my nose???

Well yesterday was  ABS / SHOULDER DAY, I wasnt in the mood to really work them out so I decided to warm up with a jog, after a warm up stretch… I started on the treadmill at about 7mph then after a lap bumped it to 8… I felt good so I increased it  to 9 mph and wouldnt you know I covered a mile in 7 minutes roughly ok ok 7:01 the treadmill said. Hell back in highschool when I was lettering in Basketball and Tennis I never ran this fast it was cool =) I WAS THEN READY TO WORKOUT MY ABS… and today I feel it hehehehe MUAHAHAHAHAH ouch ouch ouch…. ITS GOOD THOUGH

OK, THAT WAS COOL

Well I didnt workout for a little less than a week and I ate "ok" when I finally got a chance to weight myself the results surpsrised me.. I was waiting to see higher BF and weight as well.. =(… but it wasnt the case lb staid the same and bf dropped a bit WOW =) YEAHHHH!!!!!!! worked on my chest last night like mostly everyone else on here hehehehehe… well I thought I would share some cool news.
