ME ME I HAVE A QUESTION FOR ALL
Friday, November 30th, 2007At what point does your body become Catabolic? Did I spell that correctly?
I know it will most likely differ from body to body, is there a way to measure it? is there a rate? and Can someone find a happy median?
Does it happen when you Run 1 mile a week? or 25 miles a week??
