ME ME I HAVE A QUESTION FOR ALL

At what point does your body become Catabolic? Did I spell that correctly?

I know it will most likely differ from body to body, is there a way to measure it? is there a rate? and Can someone find a happy median?

Does it happen when you Run 1 mile a week? or 25 miles a week??

SOMEONE PLEASE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION… THANKS

Well yesterday I ran after a week off not running.. did 3.1 miles in 25mintues not bad… not great but not bad.

Today I will be working on biceps, and doing a pre bi run and then a post bi run see how my body likes that…

Then the weekend of cardio sat. and sun. 4.25 mile try to get em in 30 min. Lets see how it goes…. maybe I will do double time once in the AM and once at night… I have to burn my love handles off some how…

THANKSGIVIN, THEN SOME!!!!

Well I know its a week late… heheheh

ok, I was running and doing my routine through thanksgiving no big deal there, then my wife and I went to lake tahoe (our first time there) It was great had nice down time from my little girls…. took the highways cause we like road trip’s in the "STANG"…. I ate ok… givin we were on vacation, had a little bit too many sweets… but I didnt work out at all and on top of that I got sick =( not bad but bad enough…. SO I FEEL LIKE A SLOB RIGHT NOW =(….. IT WAS WORTH IT  THOUGH WE HAD A GREAT TIME THERE!!! YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

a little THANKS GIVIN for US heheheh.. NOW ITS TIME TO GET BACK ON THE ROUTINE AND HEAD FOR THE GOALS HMMMMM COME ON 6 PACK… COME ON CHEST…..

I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT THANKSGIVING and SHOPPING SPREEE HEHEHEH….

Well the more and more I thought about it, the more I came to the realization that I lost muscle =(… a few weeks I had a run in with an lets just say an object and didnt lift for a week recovering… i was able to run though =) I think thats were my muscle went =( but its cool I know now that the battle I am waging in my body is a constant struggle and in the end my BF will GIVE IN!!!! its just going to take a while. Well I am back on the weights and hope to increase the muscle and drop the BF, Onward and upward =)

 

WOW!!!!! I WAS IN HEAVEN (well for a little bit)

A few days after I turned 33, I dropped below 200lbs YEAHHHHHH HOT DOG!!!!!!!! I havent been under 200 lbs since I was 20….

cool =) I would like to thank everyone who has been suppurting, helping cheering me on or just watching…

its great having a group like this that understands the everyday issues that make this challengeing and also kick your ass when you need it =) to all of you thanks.I know it might be short lived… but man at least for a few days im under 200 YEAHHHHHHH ok back to work =) were is that treadmill?? I want to hug it…. hehehehe and kiss my weights…. (was that loud??)

Ok, so friday I turned another year older… hmmm I dont feel any different. I still hurt the same…I started to think a bit… I am actually lifting more weight and running longer than when I was in high school Varsity Basketball etc….. I feel good. =) ofcourse i do have to watch it when I get hurt though…other than that BRING ON 40, LETS GET IT ON!!!!!! ok well maybe not.. I think i will enjoy my 30’s and see what 40 has to offer… hehehehe seeing others on here keeps me inspired

I check out some guys stats that are around my height and weight age etc..

they have the look i am going after but dammmmm why is it my muscles arent as developed as they are? in one instance I am only a few lb’s shy of their "bench" numbers but man my chest looks like a 13 year old boys…… WHAT GIVES!!!!!

 

What am I doing wrong?

I know I am not eating enough protein, im at about .75 maybe 1 gram a pound… andI know my cardio is cranked way to high….. but I need to drop them BF%… well never mind I guess I am just venting at the moment…

When I should be refocusing on What I need to do and place more and more effort in to it….

Sorry, peeeps i will stop whinning and go back to my work out….

Worked on my chest… i just started about 20 lbs lighter than usual and worked my way up…

felt ok… shoulder is still stiff =( I guess it will be like that for a bit I just hope it wont be stiff FFFFFFFFFFFOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEVVV
VVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRR

I dropped down to 201.6 LB =) yeahhh.. and 22.6%BF slow but its progress… inche by inche percent by percent but I will get there DAM IT… FAT GO AWAY FAT GO AWAY…

its been a bit over a  week since I hurt myself, the shoulder is better but i still have a little bit of stiffness in it and a little pain.. but I feel im ready to lift weights.

I am working my chest today and I plan on taking a bit longer to warm up so that things arent tight.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should watch for ?  I think I might keep the weights same as last time I lifted and not try to increase.

Yesterday was my rest day…. =)

my shoulder is better but i noticed the golden tone on my skin….. it still hurts i hope I can lift on monday…

today i will be running my 4 miles and saturday another 4 miles and sunday pushing for 6 miles =)

stilll trying to eat clean and recover from the nasty 4500 cal intake.

I still feel chubby…. =( someone help.. tell the fat to go away…..
