NOT TO BAD

but ? I have to lay off the weights for this week…. doc’s instructions. =( thats what I get for trying to play chicken with a telephone pole.
I feel better, but now i think im coming down with a soar throat.. dammmm I thought working out the challange was going to be more along the lines of lifting more weight or running longer etc… now I find myself trying just to stay healthy enough to actually do the workouts..
ON WARD AND UPWARD =)
doing my 4 miles tonight and another 4 tomorrow =)
redo my weight routine and hit the weights again.
still trying to increase mass…
