NOT TO BAD

I can still RUN YEAHHHHH!!!

but ? I have to lay off the weights for this week…. doc’s instructions. =( thats what I get for trying to play chicken with a telephone pole.

 

I feel better, but now i think im coming down with a soar throat.. dammmm I thought working out the challange was going to be more along the lines of lifting more weight or running longer etc… now I find myself trying just to stay healthy enough to actually do the workouts..

ON WARD AND UPWARD =)

doing my 4 miles tonight and another 4 tomorrow =)

redo my weight routine and hit the weights again.

still trying to increase mass…

I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT!!!!

Well I went out for my 5.5 mile run last night and about 1/3 into it I trip and fall.. not only do I trip and fall but I ram my shoulder into a telephone pole. at about 7 mph. I gather my self I know i hurt my shoulder, since I only have my mp3 player with me I have 2 choices finish my run or turn around.. I figured its gonna hurt later anyway might aswell finish my run… Well I finished my run got home took some motrin to reduce swelling etc… started to take my shower WOW that was interesting… muscles began to tighten and had a hard time… I think I got a few hours sleep.. I figure I will go to urgent care after my day at work… i can move it. its just painfull.. but in order to calm the misses i will see if i can get x-rays.

has anyone else had a similar situation?

Yesterday…

It was my rest day and welll I rested… I found out that at lunch I ate 4500 cal….. of the WRONG FOOD =(…… I felt like CRA%% ALLL day after that actually this morning I didnt do my morning run =( I will run tonight after my bi routine… Please BODY BUILDING GOD’S HAVE MERCY ON ME… I AM STILL LEARNING……. i think this weekend i will invest more time reading up on my nutritional books and check out other books along the same line and feed my mind…. I am pretty sure thats why i have been having a hard time getting my bf% down ….. sometimes I dont even know I am eating bad… im trying im trying…. ouch, ouch, ouch, please no more stone throwing hehehe….

YEAHH!!!! I GOT UP!!!

I finnally got my big ASS up in the morning to do my morning run….

I’m feeling good… I will run my 4 miles after my workout today so that I can make up for some lost time…

I did my run at regular pace 3 miles in 30 min… I felt crappy running but I feel better now… I actually thought it would take me long since I have been a bit spuratic with my running schedule but it was ok.

A little victory for me… and now back to our regularly scheduled program…

????? I THINK I SAW WONDER WOMAN ON HERE????

Maybe I can get back into my SPIDEY SUIT???

LETS GOOOO WEB HEADSSS… hehehehe

ok. ok. I know you are all jealouse that only I hear the voices in my head.

hehehe

I know this may be a little bit silly… but when I get down to 10% BF and I will =) What happens to my skin  that stretched out to when I was 240lb hopefully down to 190? will it be all flabby?? does it disappear into nothingess?? does my body magically reabsorb it? or do I have to CUT IT OFF??? Am I going to have to build buscle else where to take up the slack?? does anyone know? come on many of you have gone through the transformation… I KNOW YOUR OUT THERE…

LET ME KNOW. THANKS.

ok.. I know the scale is not the all might.. but dam i do feel al little disappointed when it doesnt go my way…. BF incresed 1% but lb’s dropped to 201 from 204… it bummbed me out a little but i feel good and I am stronger now at 32 going on 33 than when i was 19… so onward and upward… no matter what the dam scale says =P…

YEAHH down .7% bf

Its FINALLY GOING in the right direction down =) hehehehehehe

this morning I didnt run at 5, I ran at 1 am…. I went to sleep around 11.. woke up at 12 and couldnt fall back to sleep SO I SAID I AM NOT GOING TO MISS THE START OF MY HALF MARATHON TRAINING… SO I RAN IN THE MORNING… it was nice.. =)

I did chest yesterday pushed it up to 175 MAN WAS I TIRED after that chest felt like jelloooooooooooo and now I wait for the DOMS…… release me sweet pain release me….

I hope everyone out there is doing great and hey… anyone need a running buddy =) in southern cali let me know.

Reviewing my running

Well….. last week I was only able to get 3 running sessions in for a total of 9 miles not the 22 miles i usually run but… after the flue good enough plus i have been lifting weights 5 of 7 days… I started reading the triathlete magazines… I do want to increase my distance just not so much the time…

I started to see 12 weeks to a half marathon as one of the articles….

it didnt seem too bad.. so went on to the cool running website and checked out there version =) I am going to implament it this week and see if I can get to a half marathon…

now all I have to do is get to bed on time…..
