NO NO I CANT BE….

I think I have been sick all this week…. I thought I was just under the weather or in a funk

but I know im sick, tickle back of throat, stuffy nose, and my back aches all came down last night and this morning…

I havent been really running this week =(… Should I put my weights on hold and rest the weekend? not do cardio either??  and just rest……I do feel like shit… but if I push while being sick I know I will get worse…..

GRRRRR, darn school kids and all their GERMSSSS…. back, back I tell you… Here is your quartine bubble b4 you come in contact with my girlssss hehehehehe

ok that was a little over board…. plus I dont know if they would go for the bubble boy fashion.

any pointers anyone?? suggestions??? free food???

I am dropping LB’s and some BF but I am feeling tired… not soar but just under the weather… what gives??? I push through my workouts but instead of feeling energized I feel again tired….. it might be the change in weather my body fighting germs in the air I dont know… but this feels crappy…. MAKE IT STOP MAKE IT STOP… Ok I guess thats enough feeling bad….. lets go lets go lets go.. on the other hand I am looking BETTER? I think… heheheh

Well actually this morning I feel like crap, but I have increased cardio and i have been dropping lb’s along with BF, I know I am loosing some muscle in the process but I want to get my bf down… I will build the muscle eventually…. im trying to keep what I have at the same time….

but I think I will rest today and try to run in the afternoon i missed my morning run =(

my legs are soar from lastnight workout.. and bruises are showing up again like magic =(….

i drop some more LB’s down to 206 and 23%bf…. the increase cardio and nutrition is working… at least I think it is….

This weekend:

Friday night biceps.. =) OHH YEAH

Sat. run in the AM, t hen jog with my daughter =)

Sunday Run in the AM and then mountain bike then run after that =)

then whatever my girls want to do for the rest of the day with dear old DAD =)

im feeling good!!! YEAHHHHHHH

I need to figure out what exercises im going to do for my back =) nad lay out my routines accoringly

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND ALL, AND KEEP WORKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TONIGHT!! TONIGHT!!!!

I WILLL BE WORKING ONLY ON ABS……

New routine….. monday night worked solely on chest… i wasnt very soar yesterday but today im feeling it. yesterday i ran in the am and at night, took my youngest daughter in the new jogging stroller it was cool, people were starring a bit but who cares my daughter and I were having fun.

on friday I will focus only on Biceps… running tomorrow morning maybe I will run after my work out…

Well just blogging away…

anyone doing some Duathlons?

last night worked on chest not doar yet but its gonna hit me….

im changing my routine yet again, just a little bit… 3 days a week each day working on a different body group but cyclling through chest, bi, tri, shoulder, abs, so a muscle group will get hit about once every 1.5 week’s running 6 days a week with one rest day… trying to cut my body fat down and keep what little mass I have…..

I KNOW  SaRA I will keep on top of my eating heheheheh =P

anyone else have some ideas?

Friday night did a tough 7 mile mountain bike ride for cardio… very technical… got a good work out… I didnt workout till this morning ran my 3.25 miles in 30 min… tonight i will hit the CHEST MUAHHAHAHAHAHHAA

over the weekend had an AWESOME ride up to San Luis Obispo , unfortunatly one of the guys crashed =( he is ok… he just went home …. Well was able to log in a few triple digit sessions, man she feesl good…

the best part since I started working out etc… come sunday and today nothing is SOAR YEAHHHHH

it was a well needed guys ride etc… NOW BACK TO THE GRIND AND WORKING ON BUILDING MY BODY OHH YEAHHHHH………….

Anyone on here ride Sport bikes?

I know your out there come out come out…. heheheh

THURSDAY NIGHT CRASH!!

As usual, lastnight rest day for me… got home went to lay down for a little rest… and then get things ready for today… WRONG! woke up this morning late… no jog this AM =( but I am going to take a Moutain bike ride, its a technical course hope its a good 10 miles =)

Tonight I am getting the last things ready for my San luis Obispo motorcycle ride with my buds… we started as 6 guys and now its down to fantastic 4 heheheh

no workout the weekend =( but I will start right back up on monday morning with  a 5.5 mile run and my weights that night =)

WELL AT LEAST I GOT A WORK OUT!!

ok, I was pressed for time so I did a mini workout session… hit 2/3’s of my workout,

I didnt get to do my run… but I was a bit tired and out of it sooo I was not to upset about it.

this morning I was soar from lastnights workout so I didnt do my cardio…. maybe later this evening tomorrow morning and tomorrow night I will do more cardio…

Im going on a bike trip with DA BOYS =) OHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

RUNNING LATE, NO WORK OUT, ARRRRRGGGGGGHHHH HELP

Ok, so this morning I get up hmmmm about 1 hour later than usual.

So I wont be able to do my shoulders and abs tonight =( tight schedule and all.

but after ward I might be able to eek a 5.5 mile cardio run later in the evening…..

What do you peeps do when you miss a workout session?

I am sure im not the only one that has this issues, pripraties etc… and things dont happen as they should at times what do you do to make up the work out or do you just take it as a rest day and con’t?
