Friday, September 28th, 2007I think I have been sick all this week…. I thought I was just under the weather or in a funk
but I know im sick, tickle back of throat, stuffy nose, and my back aches all came down last night and this morning…
I havent been really running this week =(… Should I put my weights on hold and rest the weekend? not do cardio either?? and just rest……I do feel like shit… but if I push while being sick I know I will get worse…..
GRRRRR, darn school kids and all their GERMSSSS…. back, back I tell you… Here is your quartine bubble b4 you come in contact with my girlssss hehehehehe
ok that was a little over board…. plus I dont know if they would go for the bubble boy fashion.
any pointers anyone?? suggestions??? free food???
