This morning I had a little bit of trouble getting up…..

5 am…. groggy looking out my window, sun isnt up yet…. I think to myself do I want to get up???? hmmmmm…. bed is so comfy….. (Dam im already sweating… its a warm humid morning here in LA) ok im up…. figure go brush teeth…. and to my amazement my 2 year old is at the foot of my bed… with her dolly’s fast asleep.

THAT WAS IT.

THATS ALL IT TOOK =)

MY MOTIVATION, my gaze moved to my wife… and I thought to myself when I get back I will wake her up and she is going to do her workout….. on my way out my bed room door my 8 year old is sleeping with her new fairy book that her and I bought …..out the door I went.. did my 3 miles and now im in my office feeling good charged and ready for the weekend and what my girls want to do…

dam im soar… I didnt run this morning thats ok today is my off day I was going to try to push a bit, but when I got up my body reminded me, We already worked out and we are hurting SO RELAX….. I cant help but listen my body poses a good argument plus If I push 2 hard it fights back….. sprains, pulled muscle you all know too well what happens hehehehe and im not a young buck anymore and cant recover that fast…..

RUN OUCH RUN OUCH!!!!

Last night I decide i am going to up my distance to 5.5 miles from 3.5 not bad right 2 miles more…….

So I take off and as expected the first 3 miles no problem…. I have gone past my half way point and returning back home… my right knee starts acting up, at first it just feels funny….. then stiff…. and stifferrrr, enough to walk some parts and run some… I make it back home… my knees stops feeling weird, I take a shower go on my regualarly schedule program…. this morning I get up to do my 3.5 miles and DAMMMMMM after .5 miles Im hobbling it HURTS… but only when I run… I finish my morning run / WALK =( disapointed but happy I got up and did it….

Just wanted to vent a bit…. tonight its SHOULDER AND ABS =) ohh yeah FEEL THE PAIN FAT, CAUSE IM COMING AFTER YOU!!!!!

AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG?!?!?!?!?!?

THIS IS THE 2ND WEEK i HAVE GAINED WEIGHT! Although my bf has stayed at 24% its slowly creeping up to 25% not the direction I want it to go… I have been increaseing weights that I do in my routine… I have slowed a bit on my cardio in hopes to build more muscle and burn more cals…. Am I just expecting too much too soon… ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY IDEAS????

The weekends are tough for me when it comes to nutrition, schedule is thrown way offf…. this weekend I forogt my protein powder in the office ( I should just have a tub at home) I WAS EATING AND EATING AND EATING AND I WAS STILL HUNGRY…. I tried to eat as much lean meat and veggies I could but man I just kept on eating….. Is that the norm?

WEEKEND UPDATE>>> =)

Sat. Worked on Bi’s and tri’s I think I need to bump the weights up cause I broke a sweat but muscles were not dying as usuall at the end of workout……ok ok maybe the tri’s were but not the bi’s yeahhhhh increase strenght I hope. sunday did absolutely nothings

=( My oldest daughter wanted to have breakfest with DAD, AND I JUMPED ALL OVER THAT =) she is 8 but I know that a few more years she wont want to hang out anymore and I will be sad about that.. So we ate and went to her favorite place the BOOK STORE =) we looked at her books and then we looked at cookbooks with me hehehehehe…. then partied all sunday "baptism" family function so no work out =( today though… OHH YEAH ITS CHEST AND LEGS….. and they are going to pay MUAHHH MUAAHHHHH, it should be around 94 deg. in the home gym soooo its gonna BURRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

hope everyone is working hard and keeping with there workout =)

IM SOAR!!!!!! BUT I FEEL SOOOOO GOOOD???? Is that normal?

I am back on my routine and all my muscles that I worked out are soar =) not bad but soar. I work out do my thing and by around 9 or 10 at night I am out….

Is that normal? should I back off or is it cool that I get my rest…. HELL my wife cant even wake me up at night…..

Is this normal?

I wake up at 6 try to get up at 5 but I never dooo and hit he pillow around 10 or 11

 

First Week back on the IRON!!!!!!

Well its almost the end of the first week back on the weights….

my body weight has gone up a few pounds, I expected that.. my BF % is the same… no surprise but my muscle are very very soar……I LIKE IT THOUGH….. not painfully soar mind you but a bit on the annoying side… I think people in the office are talking cause every chance I get im strectching a bit to try to relax them… No biggy nice small office people are cool hehehehe =) in every routine I have incresed weight… Ohh I should put it on my goal thing heheh ok well just dropping a bit of 411 on here.. and thanks to all the support from all of you body sculpters, I’m just a dude trying to stay in shape you TRUE BODY SCULPTERS KICK ASS!!! Specially you ladies out there =)

Can anyone tell me if this what it means????

I have dropped weight from 40lbs in nov. of 06 to 202 lb a few months ago…. BF 26.9 % to 23% at its lowest, though my weight is 207 right now and climbing my bf is a steady 24% if my calc’s are correct I have gained 5 lb 3.22 LB of FAT =(….. and 1.78 LB of muscle…=)  on a side note if a trains leave chicago going to LA at 60 mph and a second trains leave la going to chicago hehehehe…….
