Over the weekend I did not do any of my cardio actually to be honest I have only done 3 out of five sessions for the past 2 weeks and I have been slacking off on my intake =(….
last night when I got on my scale it was apperent I am going in the wrong direction.. 6 lb gain over 2 weeks…. not the direction I want to go… though my BF % has stayed at a constant 24% Again it has not dropped….
I have no one to blame but ME…..
So now I am back on my strict regiment that got me to drop the initial 40lb’s I WILL NOT FAIL!!!!
Some times a small failure allows you to see the bigger picture and revive the FIRE that BURNS WITH IN….
I am firm belive that every now and then people fail……
BUT GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION!!!!!
Besides that I had a good monday weight session working out on my Bi’s Legs and shoulders =)

Water that is. On a typical day I drink about 2 gallons through out the day 1.5 in the office and about half a gallon at home after work…. Is that to much? I am not tacking the barrage of supplements just trying to keep to my basic nutritional intake, Veggies, Protein, some carbs for the most part.
last night was my rest day and when I mean rest I mean it….. I got home bought 10 and by 1030 I was out, wife words “I had to hold up a mirror to your nose, to make sure you were alive”
YEAHHHH.. WEEKEND IS COMING AND ITS BEACH TIME.

Today is chest and Tri’s day =) I love working on my chest… Though I have yet to see some physical changes other than I have been increasing the weight I am pressing….. I want to pose a question to all of you on here, What is a realistic goal in gaining mass?? or inches of muscle. I have only been doing this for about 4 to 5 months and I have not increased in Mass but have increased in strength that in itself is good, but….. I WANT THE MASS INCREASE. Anyone have there ears open to this? Thanks.

Ran on friday night, and for saturday and sunday just ran out of gas…. no excuses I just didnt run…
but monday I worked on my shoulders, abs, and biceps….. OHHHHH that felt good….
was able to crank up my curls to 40lb… whimpy to others but I have to make progress somewhere….
On the nutirional side of life weekends are really tough to stay on track but this past weekend was better. I had my oatmeal in the morning and was able to somewhat stay on my nutritional routine…
I have been using free weights at my cousins house he is relatively close to where I work, I am starting to look for a home gym setup and man are there alll kinds of equipment out there. The only thing I dont like about free weights is the down time…… anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to setup a cheap down and dirty home gym…. well If I have to get some higher end equipment I will but not for while….

Yesterday was my rest day and here comes the cardio weekend =)
Starting tonight, my usual 3.5 miles in 30 min. I love to run in the morning nice cool temp. Great way to start the morning I just hope I get back from Friday nights Guys night out in a decent time… For some reason I feel like I can never get enough rest…. I have had a few times when my body just decides that its bed time and for the life of me I cant wake up and before I know it, it’s the next day…… “But I swear I was only going to rest a little at 8pm I didn’t meant to sleep till 430 the next morning”
ON WARD AND UPWARD!!!!!!
