A Little help If I can get it =)

Anyone out here have a good experiance with an inexpensive Fat Burner and Carb blocker?

I was doing ALA and L-Carnitine for a bit and it seemed to do the trick and the last times I have tried it… no result at all…

Anyone out here with any good suggestions I am all ears =) THANKS in Advance.

well I have been gone from this site for a while, IM BACK! hello to all..

I have been noticing though I am having a difficult time staying motivarted =(.. I have lowered my carbo intake drasticly… I think that may be the reason for what im feeling..

Anyone in here have any suggestions? on how to get back into the swing of things.

My Triathlon experience….. =(

Well this past sunday I participated in the Turkey Tri here in San dimas…. Got up early had my gear all setup from the night before and went to the races…

the water wasnt as cold as I thought it would be… and I thought about going without my wet suit…. but I decided to go with it….

BADDDDD choice… I DIDNT EVEN FINISH THE SWIM SECTION =( I got about 50 or so meters in a 750 meter distance… pathetic… I was done….

I thought I was done for the entire day and I was not happy about it….

I was informed that I could still finish the rest of the race… HOPE =)

So… I did the walk of shame off the lifeguard boat and ran up to my bike…

got suited up and did my ride…. everything was going well.. considering my failed attempt at the swim…

got to the transition and went for my run….

I felt good =)

My wife and daughter were cheering for me (THAT WAS THE BEST PART)

200 meters from the finish… I JAMMED my foot in a crack of all things…. STOPPED ME cold.. turned me around stuck my left arm to brace myself and hitt the ground.. I was doing about 7 or 8 mph my typical pace….

DAM IT!!!! I was PISSED… and HURT some people came to help and told them IM FINE LET ME FINISH!!! and as I ran said thank you…ok hobbled…

I knew I would feel it when I cooled down and adrenaline wore off… but for NOW

I WAS GOING TO FINISH!!!! and I DID

the time shows 27th place out of 40.. I know its not accurate… but I have learned many things in that one morning…

the biggest thing… that got me all choked up was my wife telling me that she was proud of me, felt like the luckiest man alive…

I rearly hear that….

Well next race I will select a smaller swim and build from there….

Thank you ALL for your SUPPORT!!!! and for those doing a triathlon KEEP GOING

I KNOW I WILL TRAIN HARDER FOR MY NEXT ONE!!!!!

IM NOT DONE YET…..

Not Weight Training….

So….. I am going to focus more on my times in swimming, cycleing, and running and less on weight lifting….. should I still hang out here and get info from everyone on here???? or Should I just kick myself out??? I am only dropping my weight lifting for about 2 months then starting again after my triathlon…

Should I be concerned about dropping muscle???? anyone else done this?

First swim class on the road to Triathlon

Well I had my first swimming class, not that I dont know how to swim I just dont think I was swimming efficiently plus my daughter was in another class at the same time…. well I guess I shouldnt have run 6 miles before the class cause as soon as I got into the water my right calve started to cramp then a few minutes later YUP the left one followed…. other than that class was great. instructer said i needed to fine tune it but that mechanics were there… made me feel really good… now I need to work on the timing, breathing, and keeping a steady pace….. ohhh yeah and endurance for a .5 mile swim.. and ofcourse every so often my daughter kept on splashing me… that was cool =)

HELP, THERMOGENICALLY CHALLENGED

I have tried lipo 6, hydroxycut…. no real big drop… I am planning on using HOT ROX next.

Anyone have any suggestions on which thermogenic works best???

Last night.. after my weight training I was still pumped sooo.. I figured  I would go for a 10k and I was able to run it in 49 minutes 17 sec.. not a record i know… but I was happy with what I accomplished… Thank you all…

well that was it… have a great DAY!!!!!

YES!! 8 miles

Well Last night I ran the farthest I have ever run in my life… a whopping 8 miles in 1hour 15 minutes… I am a bit tight this morning but not bad….

I know it isnt much to others, but for me it was a BIG and I didnt die… heheheh

 

Well my very first Triathlon is getting closer and I am getting excited reading my book taking my vitamins and training I just want to finish maybe next year compete…..

Everyone have a great day =) If anyone else is doing a tri for the first time let me know, the more the merrier…
