I haven’t posted in over a month now, figure its time to set up progress… there isn’t any
Ive been injured for the past month, and have only just started working out again. Ive probably lost 20% of my strength, but im ausre it will return soon enough. My program just got simpler. full body, serious compound movements (deads, cleans, snaches, jerks and presses, a few chinups to round it out) keep going until i lose 20% of the weight on my lifts. Do some windsprints when I get the chance, and after that, im good to go.
